Position Summary:
This position serves a key member of the program operations team. Supports and assists all agency programs as well as Compliance and Finance staff plus other key stakeholders to facilitate vital data information for persons served within the organization. Assures accuracy in individual support plans and billing authorizations for the individuals served.
Essential Job Functions:
· Review all Individual Support Plan submissions and communicate any need for changes with Support Coordinators.

Part-Time Support Broker
We are looking for an experienced Supports Broker to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will assist with the development and implementation of the Support Brokerage Services. The Support Broker serves as the agent of the participant or family to assist in identifying immediate and long-term needs, developing options to meet those needs and accessing identified supports and services.
Essential Job Functions:
· Manage a Workload of 10-15 Program Participants

Job Overview
The Director of Children’s Services will oversee and provide clinical leadership in the implementation of all Children’s Services at Their Place to ensure that high quality, accessible care is provided and will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative management of all clinical children’s services programs & supervision of program staff.

Job Responsibilities:
- To foster, implement and monitor program processes to ensure both best practice service to clients and best practice fiscal reimbursement and management.
- Provides Direct Service Staff employee oversight, observations, supervision of cases, and training pertaining to ensure day to day operations runs smoothly.
- Supervision of employees/independent consultants providing clinical in-home services. Clinical staff will include OT, PT & SLP in addition to behavioral staff.
- Coordinates with training staff for on-going trainings and training materials for all practitioners providing autism services.

In Home Direct Support Professional
Provide services for people with special needs in our In Home Supports Program in Linden, NJ. DSPs pick them up, take them into the community for social events, shopping, or other community activities. DSPs can also help mentor and coach consumers with special needs. DSPs are the link to the community for those they serve. For some, they may be the eyes of those unable to see, or the voice for those who cannot speak. For others, they are friend, cheerleader, and subtle support on the path to one’s true potential.
Essential Job Functions:
- Spend time with the participant as he/she engages in activities and engage in activities.
- Help the participant to develop his/her goals and objectives, in accordance with his or her particular individual plans.
- Help individuals to be as independent as possible with activities of daily living and assist them, as necessary.
- DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
