Volunteer Opportunities

Help Disability Allies Win the Race for Inclusion

Volunteers provide the critical support Their Place needs to continue offering quality programs, services, and social events for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, (IDD).  Becoming a volunteer provides you with a sense of accomplishment. While you are giving your time and skills to others you are receiving the benefits of boosting your self-esteem, confidence, and life satisfaction.

Direct Support

Direct Support volunteer will work directly with individuals who have IDD. You will assist individuals with various daily living activities.

Fundraising Events

Events are critical to our mission, raising much needed funds to continue offering life changing programs and services. Event volunteers assist before or on event day for planning, outreach, set-up, greeting, answering questions, guest assistance and registration or clean up.

If you are seeking a way to help individuals with IDD achieve their fullest potential we encourage you join Disability Allies as a volunteer!
